Les m\u00e9decins pr\u00e9l\u00e8vent des lymphocytes T (un type de globules blancs), les modifient g\u00e9n\u00e9tiquement en laboratoire afin qu\u2019ils puissent reconna\u00eetre une prot\u00e9ine sp\u00e9cifique pr\u00e9sente \u00e0 la surface des cellules canc\u00e9reuses, puis les r\u00e9injectent au patient. Une fois dans l\u2019organisme, ces cellules CAR-T modifi\u00e9es\u00a0peuvent\u00a0rep\u00e9rer,\u00a0attaquer\u00a0et\u00a0\u00a0d\u00e9truire\u00a0les cellules canc\u00e9reuses.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, l\u2019identification de ces\u00a0proteines\u00a0cibles\u00a0r\u00e9tait\u00a0un processus long et complexe,\u00a0quii\u00a0n\u00e9cessitait\u00a0\u00a0l\u2019analyse\u00a0manuelle d\u2019une\u00a0grande\u00a0\u00a0quantit\u00e9\u00a0de donn\u00e9es biologiques.
